Tai Chi offers tremendous health benefits and longivety

In 2025, Foundation started researching into Tai Chi, and its effect on health improvement. Tai chi is a Chinese mind-body practice involving slow, gentle movements, managed breathing, and focused awareness, originally developed as a martial art but now widely practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, mood, and muscle strength. Regular practice can also enhance cognitive function and contribute to better quality of life for those with chronic illnesses. It can also effectively manage one's blood pressure.
