In2016 Foundation set the focus on exploring new areas to expand the operation with the same mission and goal. Foundation made a trip to Xi'An and Beijing China to study underlying links between Yoga and Qi-Gong. Yoga originated from India, and bears the same philosophy as Qi-Gong, yet gets more acceptance in China, from which Qi-Gong is originated. So Foundation wants to explore the link between the two exercises, understand/learn the uniquiness, and use it in US for broadening Qi-Gong acceptance.

In addition, foundation have tried to add more content to make its website more complete. In the internet and social media age, foundation also tries to use social media to make people aware of healthy living and means to achieve it using eastern cultural meditations.

Foundation also made and freely gives away limited number of Qi-Gong Tai-Chi demonstration media or CDs. This was one of the major events successfully operated by the foundation. In 2016, we have successfully setup the platform. And we will continue to advertise and marketing to let more people know about this promption.

We have also pusblished another article on our website - "How to deal with distractions while practicing".
